A New Habit

Today I had a long day at work. However I still made time for the gym. I didn't work out yesterday, so it was important for me to work out today. Over the past year, anytime I had a long work day, I'd skip the gym. I want to make a new habit of at least squeezing in half an hour of cardio even on those days where I work a long day.

Daily Journal:
Today I ate about 1100 calories. I know that 1100 is a little low. I had a small breakfast because I had an early meeting. At the gym, I burned 440 calories on the elliptical and treadmill.
