Weight Loss Winners!

Today's weight loss winner is Kelly Osborne. The reality starlet began losing weight while she was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. While on the show Kelly lost 20lbs and once she was eliminated, she stopped dancing and she began to regain the weight. Instead of letting it get her down, Kelly began working with and trainer and today she has lost over 50lbs. Read more about Kelly's weight loss journey here.









Daily Journal:
I ate about 1260 calories. I was feeling a little under the weather so I didn't exercise today. If I'm going to meet my goal of 5-6 workouts this week I'll need to workout tomorrow for 5 times and Sunday for 6 times. I'll keep you posted!
